1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User”, “Candidate”, or “you”) and gradOS Technologies Ltd (“gradOS”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), registered in England and Wales. By accessing our platform, website, or APIs (the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using gradOS on behalf of an educational institution, society, or corporate partner, you represent that you possess the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Platform Purpose & Direct-to-Employer Disclaimer

All job listings, requisition requirements, application submission portals, deadlines, and employment offers reside directly on and are administered by the respective third-party employers and their Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). gradOS does not collect job applications on behalf of employers, does not participate in interview decisions, and makes no representations or warranties regarding employer response times, interview scheduling, or employment outcomes.

3. User Accounts & Eligibility

To access personalized vacancy feeds, CV tailoring, and application tracking, you must create a candidate account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, genuine, and current educational and biographical information.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and accept responsibility for activities occurring under your account.
• Promptly notify us at support@osgrad.com of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• You must be at least 16 years of age to register and use gradOS.

4. Subscriptions, Billing & One-Click Cancellation

gradOS operates on transparent subscription pricing designed specifically for students and early-career jobseekers.

Zero Dark Patterns Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription at any time directly through your Account Settings with a single click. We do not require customer service phone calls, retention interviews, or mandatory justification surveys. Following cancellation, you maintain full unthrottled access until the conclusion of your current billing period. Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

Refunds: If you experience technical defects preventing access to our services, or wish to request a refund within 14 days of initial purchase under UK Consumer Rights legislation, contact support@osgrad.com.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Scrape, reverse-engineer, redistribute, or systematically harvest job listings or candidate data from gradOS via automated scripts, bots, or unauthorized crawlers.
• Upload malicious code, corrupted files, or misleading CV documents containing fabricated credentials or unauthorized personal data of third parties.
• Abuse or overload our infrastructure, API endpoints, or rate limits.
• Resell or share candidate account access with commercial recruitment firms.

6. Intellectual Property & User Content

All software, indexing algorithms, visual designs, interfaces, and branding associated with gradOS remain the exclusive intellectual property of gradOS Technologies Ltd.

You retain all ownership rights in any CV, resume, or profile content you upload. By submitting content to gradOS, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license solely to process, format, extract keywords, and display that content to you for the purpose of operating the Service. As set forth in our Privacy Policy, your CV is never used to train external, third-party foundation artificial intelligence models.

7. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. While we strive for 100% crawl accuracy and instant notification, we do not warrant that vacancy listings will remain unfilled or that employer ATS portals will function without interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, gradOS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
